Support our Sanctuaries

Our Cornish Seal Sanctuary is dedicated to the rescue and rehabilitation of sick or injured seal pups. Thanks to the expert care provided at our onsite Seal Hospital, most patients make a full recovery and are released back to their home in the sea.

The SEA LIFE Trust Beluga Whale Sanctuary is the first of its kind and provides a more natural home for previously captive whales, like Little Grey and Little White. It also houses the island’s Puffin Rescue Centre, where thousands of baby puffins – pufflings – are checked over and treated for injuries every year.

We're striving to protect these marine animals and birds, healthy and happy. But we can't do it alone: the success of our Sanctuaries is only possible thanks to the generosity of our supporters. Please help us to provide the best possible care - now and in the future - by donating today.

Some examples of how your donations could help are below:

  • £20 could feed a puffin at our Puffin Rescue Centre for one month
  • £30 could provide a sick or injured seal pup with lifesaving medication for one week
  • £50 could cover the cost of food for a beluga at our Beluga Whale Sanctuary for one day
  • £500 could fund lifesaving surgery for an injured seal pup at our Cornish Seal Sanctuary
