Boost your donation by 25% at no extra cost to you. This Gift Aid declaration allows Cambridge Rape Crisis Centre to reclaim tax back from the government on eligible donations. This doesn’t cost you anything more and makes a huge difference to women and girls affected by sexual violence. If you are a UK taxpayer and would like us to claim Gift Aid on your donations, please tick the box below.
By ticking the box you confirm that you would like Cambridge Rape Crisis Centre to claim Gift Aid on your most recent donation, all donations you have made to them over the past four years and all donations you make to them in the future until you notify them otherwise. You confirm you are a UK taxpayer and understand that if you pay less Income Tax and/or Capitals Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all your donations in that tax year (6 April - 5 April) it is your responsibility to pay any difference. Cambridge Rape Crisis Centre will reclaim 25p on every £1 you donate from the government. Please notify the charity if you want to cancel this declaration, change your name or home address or no longer pay sufficinet tax on your Income or Capital Gains. If you are a higher rate tax payer you can claim personal tax relief via a Self Assessment tax return or ask HM Revenue and Customs to adjust your tax code. Please note that Gift Aid cannot be claimed by one individual on money collected from multiple donors e.g. sponsorship or birthday collections.
Your full name and home address are needed to identify you as a current tax payer, without them we can't claim Gift Aid on your donation.
