I am a UK taxpayer and I would like OMF International (UK) to claim back the tax on all donations I have made over the last 4 years and all future donations until further notice. In completing the declaration you are confirming that you are a UK taxpayer and understand that if you pay less Income Tax and / or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all your donations in the tax year, it is your responsibility to pay back any difference back to HMRC. If you cease to be a taxpayer, pay enough Income Tax and / or Capital Gains Tax or change your address you must notify OMF International (UK) immediately.
