Thank you for supporting us. If you would like to use our logo to promote a fundraising event you are hosting, or to support some fundraising activities that you are doing we have a special ‘supporting’ version available on request. This logo is different from the main charity logo. It makes it clear that you are fundraising in aid of Scottish Mountain Rescue (SMR), but that you do not represent us.

Approval

Scottish Mountain Rescue own the rights to the logo. As such, all use of the logo should be approved by your contact at Scottish Mountain Rescue before printing, distributing or using the logo in any way.

We will aim to provide any feedback and approval as quickly as we can.

I agree to only use the logo in relation to fundraising for Scottish Mountain Rescue, and all proceeds raised will be sent to SMR.

I agree to use the logo as supplied and not to alter or amend it (including separating the elements, distorting, changing the colour, cropping or redrawing it in any way).

I agree to include the following registered charity details, in small print in their entirety, wherever I use Scottish Mountain Rescue’s logo (apart from on clothing or merchandise items, where it is not necessary): Scottish Mountain Rescue, formerly known as The Mountain Rescue Committee of Scotland, is a registered Scottish Charity - number SC045003

I agree to ensure all fundraising and other activities associated with the logo are legally, morally and ethically appropriate to the charity’s purposes and reflect SMR’s policy on equality and diversity.

I agree to not make use of the Supporting Scottish Mountain Rescue logo for any commercial or sales purposes unless otherwise agreed with SMR.
